NACC is inviting proposals from qualified partners interested in supporting the development of upcoming diploma-level programs.

This opportunity is intended for experienced curriculum developers who work in adult education and are interested in contributing to training that may be delivered across a national network of regulated career colleges in Canada.

[May 26, 2026] Important Update: An extension in the date of submissions to June 15, with special attention to the updated requirements for the Professional Bookkeeping program. We are seeking submissions that align with the core competencies as set out by the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (CPB Canada) as found on their website at www.cbcan.ca. Specifically for current development of the core competencies for Year 1, Apprentice and for current development or potential for development of Year 2, Technician.

Please read before submitting: All submissions must comply with Appendix A: NACC Curriculum Standards Checklist as outlined on pages 4, 5 and 6 of the Request for Proposal document.

Submissions for Bookkeeping must align with the core competencies as set out by the Certified Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (CPB Canada) as found on their website at www.cbcan.ca. Specifically for the current development of the core competencies for Year 1, Apprentice and for current development or potential for development of Year 2, Technician.

Shortlisted vendors will be invited to proceed to the next stage, which may include review by NACC staff and an independent Program Advisory Council (PAC). Confidentiality agreements may be required prior to curriculum review.
