Program Description
Developed in partnership with Mujo Learning Systems. The Applied AI Business Management program prepares students to work in modern business environments where artificial intelligence plays a central role in operations, decision-making, analysis, and organizational strategy.
Students learn how to use AI tools to improve forecasting, streamline operations, support HR processes, enhance productivity, and drive evidence-based business outcomes. The program emphasizes hands-on experience with real AI applications used in today’s workplace.
Program Objectives
Graduates of the Applied AI Business Management Program will have:
- Artificial Intelligence Literacy: Foundational understanding of how AI-powered tools work, as well as their risks and limitations in a business context.
- Strategic Implementation: Extensive exploration of AI implementation strategies to help businesses integrate AI-powered tools into their operations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in evaluating and interpreting datasets, AI-generated insights, and other key performance indicators.
- Problem-solving Skills: Applying critical thinking skills to evaluate and troubleshoot AI-generated content and other generated outputs.
- Benchmarking and Evaluation: Hands-on experience evaluating key AI-powered tools and interpreting benchmark scores from various LLM providers.
- Collaboration Skills: Tactics and strategies for working alongside AI-powered tools effectively and efficiently.
- Ongoing Maintenance: Best practices for monitoring and maintaining AI integrations to avoid long-term issues.
- Ethics and Integrity: Strict adherence to ethical and legal standards and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment for AI-powered tools in a business context.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the admission standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges, including the completion of secondary school or equivalent, or mature student status as defined by the National Association of Career Colleges. Additional requirements may apply based on individual college policies.

Total program hours: 1,000 hours
Completion Requirements
To graduate, students must successfully complete all instructional modules, assignments, and assessments.

NACC Final Theory Examination:
The NACC final examination is an online examination that evaluates the theory component of the training and determines whether the candidate has the required level of knowledge to do the job safely and effectively. The external setting for the exam and marking provides an unbiased and consistent evaluation of adherence to the NACC Program standard. To schedule your final exam, please speak with your college representative.
All students write the NACC final theory examination at the end of the program.
