What is Leading Forward?

Leading Forward is a three-part virtual leadership series crafted specifically for owners, campus directors, and senior staff of regulated career colleges. Each immersive 4-5 hour session offers practical, actionable strategies to strengthen institutional performance across critical areas such as admissions, financial aid, and student experience.

Guided by seasoned experts with deep, real-world insight, the series addresses the unique challenges of career education, equipping leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to drive meaningful change on campus and beyond.

The Sessions

Kick off the Leading Forward Series on October 9, 2025 with a deep dive into student financial aid and funding.

Led by Krista Clark, CEO, Discovery Community College and NACC Board Member, this session will uncover smart strategies to navigate provincial and federal programs, enhance affordability, and strengthen support for diverse learners. Perfect for anyone in financial aid, admissions, or planning.

Join us on November 13, 2025 for the second Leading Forward session, focused on attracting the right students in today’s competitive landscape.

Wrap up the series on December 11, 2025 with a session on building a dynamic student experience.
