
BCCCA Is Hiring: Executive Coordinator, Member Relations & Administration
The British Columbia Career Colleges Association (BCCCA) is currently seeking an Executive Coordinator, Member Relations & Administration to join its team.
This full-time, remote role (within British Columbia) provides high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to the BCCCA President and Board of Directors. The Coordinator plays a central role in board and committee governance, member relations and recruitment, grants administration, events coordination, and day-to-day association operations.
Role highlights include:
- Executive and administrative support to the President
- Coordination of Board and committee meetings, records, and governance processes
- Membership administration, renewals, and recruitment support
- Grant application support and post-award management
- Coordination of member events, meetings, and programs
- Drafting and supporting communications, updates, and materials
Qualifications at a glance:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of progressive administrative experience, ideally in a non-profit or association setting
- Experience supporting a Board of Directors and managing confidential information
- Strong organizational, communication, and governance support skills
Compensation:
Salary range of $60,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience, plus vacation and professional development opportunities.
