Chad sits on the board of the Samara Foundation for Democracy and serves as a General Partner at Trout River Ventures and as a member and Limited Partner at the VC Syndicate Gaingels.  

Originally from Prince Edward Island, Chad resides in Toronto with his husband Mark.
