This page will be updated occassionally with more details as we get closer to the event. Substantial changes and updates will also be sent to all exhibitors via e-mail.

All exhibitors will receive the attendee list of names and contact information in the week before, and the week following the Western Regional Conference. NACC will issue this list on or before the following dates:
Pre-Conference – Wednesday, October 18
Post-Conference – Wednesday, November 1
Please note that only those delegates who have given their explicit permission to share their contact information with exhibitors will be included in the distributed list. Attendees who opt-out will not be included.
Trade Show Information
Due to the intimate nature of our regional conferences, our trade shows will be limited to pop-up booths. Instead of a standard 8×8 space, exhibitors will be provided with a cocktail table and custom pop-up banner (see “Included In your Booth” section below). Exhibitors are discouraged from bringing their own booths and large materials as space will be limited.
1 pop-up banner, co-branded with your company logo and conference branding, in a standardized format.NACC will design this banner and share a design proof with you for approval on or before July 28, 2023. We kindly ask you to provide your feedback and/or approval by Friday, August 11 so that we have sufficient time to order your sign.
NOTE: You may take this sign with you at the end of the conference, or it will be disposed of.

Floor Plan & Booth Selection:
Exhibit Hall:Kensington Room D and Mount Royal Room Due to exceeded registration targets, please be advised that our exhibit hall will be split across two adjacent rooms. We will make every effort to ensure that delegates spend time in both rooms (e.g. setting up beverage stations and additional seating in both spaces) to maximize your exposure time to our delegates.
Booth Selection Process:
To select your booth, please send your top 3 booth numbers to Victoria email@example.comAugust 18, 2023.
Booths will be assigned in order of priority (Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive priority placement), then by order of submission.
If you do not have a preference, or if you do not submit your preference by August 18, your booth number will be assigned to you.
The final exhibitor floor plan will be distributed and posted below on August 25.

Set-up, Teardown & Exhibit Times:
Set Up: Thursday, October 26 from 5:00-7:00 PM
Exhibitor Showcase Open:
Friday, October 27 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday, October 28 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Tear Down: Saturday, October 28 from 12:00-2:00 PM
Please note: The conference will start with a Welcome Reception, and end in an Exhibitor Showcase and Networking Break, with both events taking place in the Exhibit Hall. We kindly request that you adhere to set up and teardown times so that you do not miss out on this valuable networking time with attendees.
Small shipments will be accepted by the hotel. We kindly request that you do not ship any large items, including large booth displays, as space will be limited.
All items must be removed from the venue after the end of the event. Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements to remove any of their shipments from the venue at the end of the event, whether by disposal or return shipment. Neither the venue or NACC will be responsible for items left on the premises. Daily cartage and storage fees will apply.

Delegate Bag Inserts:
Platinum sponsors may provide up to two (2) items to insert into the delegate bag. Gold and Silver sponsors may provide one (1) item for the delegate bag.
Please address your shipments with the following information. By addressing it to “Austin Moulton” (NACC’s event lead), this will allow the NACC team to open your package and ensure it is included in the delegate bag.
