Exhibitor Information

Thank you for joining us at NACC’s 2023 Eastern Regional Conference. On this page, you’ll find all of the details you need to exhibit at our regional event. Please read this page and reach out to us if you have any remaining questions.

This page will be updated occassionally with more details as we get closer to the event. Substantial changes and updates will also be sent to all exhibitors via e-mail.

Conference Information


Delta Hotels Dartmouth

All exhibitors will receive the attendee list of names and contact information in the week before, and the week following the Eastern Regional Conference. NACC will issue this list on or before the following dates:

Pre-Conference – Wednesday, September 13

Post-Conference – Wednesday, September 27

Please note that only those delegates who have given their explicit permission to share their contact information with exhibitors will be included in the distributed list. Attendees who opt-out will not be included.

Trade Show Information

Due to the intimate nature of our regional conferences, our trade shows will be limited to pop-up booths. Instead of a standard 8×8 space, exhibitors will be provided with a cocktail table and custom pop-up banner (see “Included In your Booth” section below). Exhibitors are discouraged from bringing their own booths and large materials as space will be limited.

Included With Your Booth:


  • 1 pop-up banner, co-branded with your company logo and conference branding, in a standardized format.NACC will design this banner and share a design proof with you for approval on or before July 24, 2023. We kindly ask you to provide your feedback and/or approval by Friday, August 4 so that we have sufficient time to order your sign. 

    • NOTE: If you are also exhibiting at the Western conference in October, we will coordinate the shipment of this sign to Calgary for you. If you are not exhibiting in October, you may take this sign with you or it will be disposed of.
  • Free Wifi internet access (Wifi login details will be available on-site)

Floor Plan & Booth Selection:

Exhibit Hall: Commodore Ballroom

Booth Selection Process:

To select your booth, please send your top 3 booth numbers to Victoria at before August 1, 2023.

Booths will be assigned in order of priority (Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive priority placement), then by order of submission.

If you do not have a preference, or if you do not submit your preference by August 1, your booth number will be assigned to you.

The final exhibitor floor plan will be distributed and posted below on August 8.

Set-up, Teardown & Exhibit Times:

Set Up: Wednesday, September 20 from 5:00-7:00 PM

Exhibitor Showcase Open: 

  • Thursday, September 21 – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday, September 22 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Tear Down: Friday, September 22 from 12:00-2:00 PM

Please note: The conference will start with a Welcome Reception, and end in an Exhibitor Showcase and Networking Break, with both events taking place in the Exhibit Hall. We kindly request that you adhere to set up and teardown times so that you do not miss out on this valuable networking time with attendees.


Small shipments will be accepted by the hotel. We kindly request that you do not ship any large items, including large booth displays, as space will be limited.

All items must be removed from the venue after the end of the event. Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements to remove any of their shipments from the venue at the end of the event, whether by disposal or return shipment. Neither the venue or NACC will be responsible for items left on the premises. Daily cartage and storage fees will apply.

Delegate Bag Inserts:

Platinum sponsors may provide up to two (2) items to insert into the delegate bag. Gold and Silver sponsors may provide one (1) item for the delegate bag.

Please address your shipments with the following information. By addressing it to “Austin Moulton” (NACC’s event lead), this will allow the NACC team to open your package and ensure it is included in the delegate bag.

Shipments must arrive before Wednesday, September 20 or they cannot be included in the delegate bag.

Delegate Registrations:

Exhibitors are entitled to one (1) complimentary delegate registration. Register your company’s complimentary delegate by completing the complimentary registration form below.

Other sponsorship tiers may be entitled to additional complimentary registrations. If you are not sure how many complimentary delegates you are entitled to, please contact Victoria

Please register your company’s delegates by September 1, 2023. This will ensure we have Delegate Badges prepared for them and are able to accommodate any dietary needs.
