Stefania Capovilla – graduate of Kelowna’s M.C. College (Marvel College) – has reached celebrity status, cutting the hair of our top politicians, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Ministers John Baird, Jim Flaherty and Jason Kenney as well as MP Justin Trudeau.
